I think a world -and a workplace- that looks and feels like a playground is possible for us all. A space where we show ourselves to others as we feel, where we have the courage to make mistakes and learn together from what happens for us.
Since 2012 I've been creating and facilitating development programs for people keen on self-awareness and willing to develop authentic relationships with others, both @work and @home.
I am fascinated by the diversity of solutions that become possible when we start asking (ourselves) questions from a place of courage and trust. This is the thread that runs through all the programs I create and facilitate: to enable participants to take back their power and open up to being and building with others.
Personal strength comes from a game of questions: Who ...? Why..? How...? Who...? And what..?

My Journey
I began my path at the Tudor Vianu National College of Computer Science in Bucharest, back when programming was still done with pen and paper. While everyone expected me to pursue a career in tech, my curiosity pulled me toward people.
After studies in International Business and Economics (ASE-Bucharest) and the Franco-Romanian Institute of Management at the University of Auvergne, Clermont-Ferrand, I found myself wondering: What am I really doing here?
The answer came in 2005, when I started my first training in Transactional Analysis. From then on, I never stopped exploring self-awareness and relationships. I discovered that the two are inseparable: only when we know ourselves and build healthy relationships can we feel truly present and in control of our lives.
Professional background
Independent by nature, I started working in banking during my first year of university — moving from receptionist to product and business development. My turning point came while working on two of the largest market mergers. I saw first-hand that without emotional assertiveness, even the best strategies fall apart.
In 2012, I took the leap from banking to training and consulting, and I’ve never looked back. Since then, I’ve supported leaders and teams across industries to grow in:

Beyond my professional identity, I have other selves that keep me connected and grounded: I paint furniture, cook, read, travel (especially in India), and practice yoga (Ashtanga Vinyasa).
