I attended the Tudor Vianu National College of Computer Science in Bucharest, at a time when the Bachelor’s degree in programming was compulsory and took place "offline", with a pen on paper. Upon graduation, I "naturally" felt like continuing with the Faculty of Psychology, but I gave up: human sciences did not seem "future material" in 2002.
So I attended the International Business and Economics (ASE-Bucharest) and the Franco-Romanian Institute of Management at the University of Auvergne, Clermont-Ferrand. And all the while I wondered what I was doing there ...
In 2005 I started training in Transactional Analysis and I have not stopped learning about self-awareness and relationships ever since. The intertwining of the two is the greatest boost to the quality of our life: only if we know ourselves and can have healthy relationships do we feel present and in control of our lives.
My areas of expertise are: self-awareness, communication, relationships, team building, stress management, leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Perceptual Development, presentations and public speaking.

Independent by nature, I started working in banking on my first year in college. I kicked-off with a part-time job as a Receptionist, continued in Customer Care and used my creativity and technical skills in Product and Business Development roles. At the time I didn't know how to ask myself who I wanted to be and I didn't see any connection between one’s actions and identities.
I began to be fascinated by the inner and outer dynamics of people as a member of the integration team in two of the biggest mergers in the market: I then realised how important it is to be emotionally assertive so one can work (effectively) with others.
In 2012 I took the leap from banking to training and consulting.

Since 2014 I have been a mentor in Innovation Labs, a business accelerator for young people who want to create a better world through innovative products and services in the tech area.
Since 2015 I have been holding a Personal Development seminar for the Master students of the Faculty of Automation and Computers within UPB.
How I enjoy people and the world: I paint furniture, I cook, read, travel (especially in India) and practice yoga (especially Ashtanga Vinyasa).
